Website & Ticketing

An event detail page is created for each event on the Performing Arts Center website. All ticketing for PAC events is through the Cal Poly Ticket Office, located on the Grand Avenue side of the building. Event presenters will be asked to fill out a Ticket Info Sheet providing all information needed to sell tickets. We also ask that clients provide a brief description of their event, high-resolution images and graphics, and any video that may help advertise the event. Patrons can purchase tickets online at pacslo.org, over the phone at 805-756-4849, or in person at the ticket office. 

Signage

• Interior Lobby Monitors Ads (1920 x 1080px graphic)
  Each event has a dedicated slide rotating during performances on 10 lobby monitors throughout the PAC one month prior to the event date.
• Exterior Digital Sign Ads (1008 x 655px graphic)
  Each event has a dedicated slide rotating on the exterior digital sign running for one month prior to the event date.
• Monthly Events Door Cling
  The PAC displays a monthly event calendar on an exterior building door that includes the primary event image, the title, and date of each event.

Flyers

• Monthly Calendar Flyers
  Monthly upcoming event calendar flyers with a small event image, title, and date are placed both in stands on the lobby tables & in a display case on the righthand side of the lobby. Clients may also put printed event flyers (preferably no larger than 6" x 8") in the display case.
• Pocket Calendars
  Small folded pocket calendars are distributed around San Luis Obispo three times per year (Oct-Dec, Jan-Mar, Apr-June) that include the name & date of upcoming events.

Emails

The Performing Arts Center creates a monthly e-newsletter that highlights upcoming shows for the month and is emailed to approximately 50,000 PAC subscribers. This email is typically sent out around the first week of every month. Event-specific emails are sent out at the discretion of the Performing Arts Center.

Social Media

The Performing Arts Center promotes events on both Facebook and Instagram accounts. Please add us as a co-host for Facebook events and tag us on social posts promoting your events so we can share. Event information and promotion is shared at the discretion of the PAC.
