Mobile Ticket Guide

Add your tickets directly to your mobile wallet with Mobile Delivery!

1. Access Your Tickets

Navigate to your confirmation email from tickets@tickets.calpoly.edu and click the link to download your tickets, OR log in to your ticket account on your phone and click Upcoming Events, then My Tickets.

2. Add to Wallet

When you get to your tickets, tap on the “Add to Apple Wallet” icon. Then, tap “Add” in the top right of the screen to add the ticket to your Apple or Google wallet. Make sure to do this before you arrive to avoid any connectivity issues that could delay your entry.

3. Present Your Ticket

Present your mobile ticket when you arrive by locating your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet app on your phone.

How to Transfer Tickets

Transferring unused tickets to another person is easier than ever.

Log in to your ticket account from your smartphone.
On the first page, scroll down to the bottom to find the TRANSFER button.
Select the events and tickets you want to transfer and fill in the recipient’s contact information.
Tap CONFIRM and your tickets will be sent to them immediately!

Mobile Ticket FAQs

Can I print my mobile ticket?

A mobile ticket barcode cannot be transferred to paper. Any barcodes transferred to paper will not be acceptable for entry into the theater.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes, you can swipe through your available tickets (using your digital/smartphone wallet) at the venue if the entire party is present. For easier entry, it is recommended to send each individual their own ticket.

Where can I access my mobile tickets?

Tickets can be managed within your online account.

Will I need to download an app to use mobile tickets?

If you are using any Google or Android phone, you will need to download the Google Wallet app. If you are using an iphone the Wallet app will already be installed.
